Progressing through controlled market validation in Kigali, preparing for licensing, launch, and regional scale.
HealthTech — regional expansion
Nationally deployed public-interest technology with institutional-grade delivery behind it — the platform and playbook behind 912Rwanda, validated in production and positioned for replication across regional emergency-medical systems, where procurement credibility is the moat.
Ecosystem infrastructure & applied AI
The shared identity, services, and AI layer beneath the portfolio — infrastructure economics with cross-product network effects, and a distribution channel for applied AI across the Kigali ecosystem. Murugo AI launched on private invite in 2025; public access opens Q4 2026.

Kigali’s event-discovery and ticketing platform — transaction-based economics on a growing urban events market, with secure digital ticketing, gifting, door-scanning, and payouts that connect directly into the Guhemba payments stack. Operating in market and preparing its next stage of growth.

A multi-sided matching platform across Rwanda’s talent economy — connecting job seekers, employers, ESO/NGO/government programs, and a founder-to-investor track — building the data layer where the ecosystem’s talent and opportunity meet. Operating in private beta and expanding.
