Live with The Voices Podcast
Select sessions are recorded live as podcast episodes with our partner, The Voices Podcast. The series began with founders and ecosystem builders meeting socially over drinks and dinner — no stage, no formal interview — speaking candidly about the mistakes, pressures, and lessons of building companies in Kigali that are rarely discussed openly.
The podcast keeps that same spirit. It is not a traditional Q&A, a panel of rehearsed answers, or a place to pitch products. Each episode is a conversation between experienced people exploring one important issue affecting founders and the wider startup ecosystem — recorded live at the Rooftop Ikawa Café. The goal is simple: share honest experience, surface better ideas, and help founders think differently. Real conversations that build better founders.

Rooftop Ikawa Café — our living tech lab
Every RWBuild event happens inside a working product-testing ground. The Rooftop Ikawa Café is an operating rooftop café and event venue in Kigali where ordering, payments, and ticketing run on RWBuild software — Guhemba and EventsBash were piloted here with real customers before launch.
